2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story Townhome conveniently located between Downtown Tampa and Hyde Park Village. Just two blocks off Bayshore Boulevard to enjoy miles of sidewalks along the Hillsborough Bay. Amalie Arena, University of Tampa, the Tampa Riverwalk and Channelside are also nearby for shops, restaurants, activities plus entertainment galore. Stays over the past year have been 2-8 months so we look forward to offering shorter visits Fall, 2022! The space Cozy casual with new vinyl flooring downstairs, wood floors upstairs, kitchen recently remodeled and updated fixtures throughout. The patio is also a great space to relax, grill or enjoy the hot tub! Guest access You will have access to the entire property. However we do store belongings in the garage.
