Our sun soaked family home is located 5 mins from the beach and 10mins from the heart of Nelson city. However once you step foot into the garden you may never want to leave. Garden seating, fruit trees, hammock, pizza oven, swing, trampoline, bbq and ample parking space make it a lovely place to hang out. Inside you will find an inviting 4 bedroom home with everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. The space This is our home and we love it here. However we like to rent it out when we are away. Our place is safe and set up for children and has a flat back garden. Other things to note Please note there is a self contained flat underneath the house. This is rented to a permanent tenant. The flat has its own access. There is no internal access. The tenant is quiet and respectful, you will hardly notice she is there. Please respect her privacy also.
