Casa Sabbiadimare is immersed in greenery and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The house boasts one of the best views in the area, encompassing Porto Istana bay and the island of Tavolara. Tucked into a quiet corner of Sardinian paradise, the house is in walking distance from the beautiful white-sand beach of Porto Istana. Newly renovated, it comes with all the comforts: wifi, air-conditioning, parking, garden, the private residence's salt-water pool, tennis court and gazebo with bbq kitchen. The space Casa Sabbiadimare is a two-story row house overlooking the Sardinian scrub and the crystal-clear waters of Porto Istana. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large veranda with sofa and dining table. The veranda is connected to the living room by a large glass door that you can slide open to let the breeze and the smell of native herbs fill the house. Enjoying your breakfast in the veranda with the breathtaking view of the sea in front of your eyes is a memory that will stay with you once your trip is over. The house is furnished in impeccable taste and most of the furniture and all of the appliances are brand new (the house has just been renewed). The choice of colours and furniture confers the house a modern and sober style that blends well with the beauty of the surroundings. The upper floor includes the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another cosy bathroom, a double bedroom and a (very small) single bedroom. The lower floor includes kitchen, living room, another single bedroom and a small bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper floor is the centerpiece of Casa Sabbiadimare, complete with a queen bed and a balcony with the best view in the house. After a long day at the beach, you will love to just relax on the bed, staring at the breathtaking view from the upper floor as the sun sets. Other things to note Although the house has the great advantage of being in 10 walking distance from the beach, a car is necessary to get groceries from nearby Murta Maria (2 minutes drive) and move around the area (there is, however, a bus that will take you to Murta Maria). You will also have the possibility to rent a small boat in Porto Istana beach so that you can discover the archipelago and all the hidden gems of the protected marine area from the sea. 15 minutes drive away in the lovely town of Porto San Paolo, the Tavolara Diving Center offers to experienced divers and amateurs alike the possibility to explore gorgeous diving spots and underwater paths in the protected marine area and admire its fauna.
