l'Ourdissoir, private cottage in Haute-Provence

Completely restored in 2008, the Ourdissoir perfectly combines the charm of the old and modern comforts. L'Ourdissoir is the perfect place for honeymooners, for a family (no toddlers), or also ideal for two couples. The two bedrooms will be perfect for 4 people. You will benefit from a private pool (2.3 x 3.4 m) built in stone with many sunny or shaded relaxation areas. The space On the ground floor, the living room has been designed to keep its character with its original old stones (exposed stone wall, old beams, etc.). This friendly space with equipped kitchen*, dining area and sitting area remains welcoming in all seasons. You will be comfortably set up to read, listen to music, watch TV (French channels) or use your computer (Wi-Fi included). The two bedrooms will be perfect for 4 people: the largest on the upper level has a queen size bed, the second on the ground floor, smaller, with a double bed, has a toilet and a sink for your convenience. Upstairs, the bathroom includes a shower, separate toilet, large sink and washing machine (hair dryer provided). Thanks to the large stones, double glazed windows and pellet stove, the cottage stays cool in summer and warm in winter. *ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range hood, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Guest access The property, which was historically a farm, includes several century-old buildings. The Ourdissoir gîte is independent. We, Marie-Laure and Jean, live here all year round in a house adjacent to the cottage. We will be there, only if necessary, to welcome you and offer you our help, advice, suggestions as you wish. You will be our only guests during your stay.
