La Escuela de Álora is a country house located within a lemon and grapefruit estate, next to the Guadalhorce river that includes a BOTANICAL GARDEN with more than 300 species of trees and shrubs. This is divided into two homes overlooking the valley. It has a nice pool surrounded by vegetation, with a fence and entrance door for children's safety. The pool season is from May 15 to September 15. The house is available year-round. The space The Escuela de Álora is located in the heart of the Guadalhorce Valley, between the towns of Álora and Pizarra, an ideal area for exploring the charms of the villages and landscapes of the province of Málaga. For many years, this iconic building next to the railroad tracks served a dual purpose for local residents: one half was the teacher's home, and the other half served as a classroom for students of widely varying ages. Its prime location, traditional architecture, and south-facing orientation allow you to enjoy the full splendor of the valley. Other things to note Check-in time: from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM From the house you can make excursions to other cities in Andalusia such as Granada (1 hour 30 min.)Córdoba (1 hour 45 minutes) or Seville (2 hours 15 minutes). Short distances that allow you to come and go in the day, with time to visit the monuments
