Beach Shack

The unique Eco friendly beach shack or tiny house, is centrally located on Phillip Island, only a few minutes walk to a beautiful surf beach. Nestled on the edge of a shear water colony, you can sit in awe and watch thousands of these spectacular birds arrive back to their burrows. Immerse yourself into nature right on your door step. The Beach shack is only 10-15 minutes drive from all of the Island's major attractions including Penguin Parade, Grand Prix track, nature and shopping/restaurant. The space Located within a large family home the Beach Shack is a private space located in a landscaped back yard, which has a seperate fenced area for absolute privacy. It has a comfortable queen bed, lead light windows and French doors that open out to the garden. The tiny Eco Shack walls are reclaimed hard wood that have been repurposed to give this little beach shack its own unique style. Solar panels help feed into the grid, all adding to the sustainable living. The bathroom is private and located in the main house. The cooking facilities with a bar fridge, microwave, hotplate a few pots and fry pan, toaster, kettle, in the kitchenette connected to the main house, where your private bathroom is also located. Guest access Private area with own entrance for use of the back yard. Other things to note Living in a unique and special place so close to the beach, a beach towel is a must. Don't worry if you forgot or don't have one for a small fee you can rent one. Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
