A quiet area, the house is close to all amenities, supermarkets, post office, shops, restaurants, Gym and a Library, woodlands and parks. Bus, train and underground links to central London, 30 - 40 mins. Easy access to Southern counties, Kent, Sussex and Surrey via A2 road. The best of both worlds, a relaxing place to live with easy access to the bustle of London. The space The room is furnished with a double bed, a wall cupboard, chest of drawers, and a desk with chair. It over looks a south facing garden with view across south London. The house is on two floors, ground floor sitting/dinning room with couch, piano, dinning table, TV Fully equipped kitchen, a spacious conservatory, south facing patio and garden. The house is fully double glazed and has central heating. Guest access Guests have access to the house: their own bedroom, kitchen, living room, conservatory, bathroom, garden. Guests can cook on agreement of times with hosts. Guests can use the washing machine and hang clothes in garden. During your stay Guests share the house with my two sons (24 and 28 years) and with myself when I am in London. We try to make guests feel at home and give advice on getting around and living in London. However we respect Guests privacy and expect them to respect ours. Other things to note Guests staying longer than two weeks pay £10 per week or £15 per couple towards cleaning. To be paid directly to the host. We have a cat and sometimes we ask guests to feed her when we are away. Please note that in Greenwich we recycle rubbish. In the kitchen there are three bins, a labelled white bin for recyclable waste, a white bin for non recyclable and a green bin for food waste. We don't have locks on bedroom doors and have never had a problem with security in our home.
