*BEFORE BOOKING, SEE THE "HOUSE RULES" Our house is located one block from Avenida das Hortênsias, the road that connects Gramado to Canela. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Gramado, just 2 km from Palácio dos Festivais and Rua Coberta. Downtown Canela is less than 6 km away. The space The space is ideal for comfortably hosting couples and families of up to 6 people. We have indoor parking, with a covered space. There are two barbecues in the residence, one outside, ideal for a barbecue on a sunny day, and another inside, in the kitchen. The house is unique on the property, not shared with other residences, and the patio is fully fenced. Other things to note There are two air-conditioners (hot/cold) in the property, one in Bedroom 1 (En-Suite) and the other in Bedroom 3.
