Bright, airy, family friendly house - fully fenced yard. The property is perfect for a one or two families; consisting of 2 QS bedrooms and 1 large bunk room for the kids. Open plan living along with a large spacious rear (North Facing) deck to enjoy a lovely dinner or BBQ with the family. Wood fire available - wood can be purchased at the local supermarket and petrol station. There's electric heating. Fenced yard, with lawn, where the kids are safe to play. A short walk to the beach and shops. The space Features include :Spa, wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioner/heater, fans, bbq, washing machine and dryer, full kitchen including dishwasher. Other things to note Please note that we do not provide linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels etc), but they can be rented for $25 per couple. However, we do have pillows, doonas and covers, underlays for you to use! Minimum nights stay is 2 nights with the exception of the following: Victorian public holidays/long weekends 3 night minimum; Easter holidays 4 nights minimum stay.
