Immerse yourself in the center of the ancient city, a stone's throw from the port, the train station, and the Cathedral of Catania, in a brand new independent house with two double bedrooms with separate bathroom and a comfortable sofa bed for children and guests (but you will have to book the two rooms at the same time). We are a 3-minute walk from the fabulous Piazza Teatro Massimo with its pubs and nightlife. The space The house is semi-independent and has two independent rooms located on two levels (first and second floor), each with its own bathroom. You can book the single room (in this case, the one on the second floor, which is accessed via a spiral staircase). The modern kitchen (no gas for greater safety but induction stoves) and living room are shared. Guest access It is accessed from the street through a small door and at the end of a corridor you arrive at a common courtyard with other houses. From the courtyard, then through a small flight of stairs, you arrive in the house which is semi-independent having only one wall in contact with another property while another wall is adhering to an adjacent church undergoing renovation. Above the house... only the sky of Catania. During your stay Recently renovated, you will find all the new amenities and excellent workmanship. Outside, there is a small space where you can enjoy breakfast and/or read a book while sitting comfortably on a bench and under an umbrella. Other things to note The rooms are air-conditioned hot/cold and with Android TV. If you book both rooms at the same time, you could also use the sofa bed to accommodate children or 2 other guests (there will be no additional costs except for any linen service to be paid on site).
