Luxurious Apartment -Rooftop Bar w/ Pool-

The apartment is located in the best residential area of Merida. It is a complex with two apartment towers, luxurious amenities and many common areas for guests to use. Located in the northern part of Merida with all services just a few minutes away. It is an apartment with 1 bedroom, full private bathroom and a dining room with a kitchen equipped for 2 people. On the complex's rooftop, you can use the bar area, barbecue, and swimming pool as common areas of the complex. The space We are located 1 block from one of the most commercial streets in Merida, so within walking distance you will find all the amenities you need. We are also a few minutes away from the city's main squares (Plaza City Center, Altabrisa and Isla Mérida). We are also very close to the best and most luxurious restaurants, bars, and clubs in the area. The apartment is 20 minutes by Uber from the Historic Center and with quick access to get to know our famous Archaeological Zones. The best beaches in our beautiful state are just 30 minutes by Uber from our privileged location. Restaurant service is available in the common area with a menu with room service, if required, you can request it. Guest access Parties are not allowed, to avoid problems with neighbors, and we have a bar and grill area for guests to use, which also has a schedule. If you are interested in knowing the schedule and rules, please ask once you check in. Please, if the rental is for parties, it is not the right place as there are people who live there and we could have a problem with neighbors. Other things to note For early check-in ON REQUEST, I need to be notified in advance so that I can decide whether or not I can accommodate you, as we have check-ins and check-outs on the same days. If possible, the cost per hour for either late check-out or early check-in is $250.00 MXN per hour. IMPORTANT! Please request it beforehand to see if it is possible.
