Ideal starting point for walking and mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing. Ski and bike rental, as well as bus stop 100m (Sport Fuchs). No pets. The space The small apartment is located in a holiday home with several units and is equipped with a double bed 160x200, a sitting area and a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as Wi-Fi and underfloor heating. Free parking for 1 car. No visitor parking. The terrace with a dream view is not directly from the apartment, but separately from the outside next to the garage and only accessible in summer. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, several coffee machines (filters, Nespresso and French press) and an induction hob for preparing small dishes/snacks. No extractor hood. LOCATION: - in the center of the 3 ski resorts Diedamskopf (5 min), Damüls-Mellau (15 min) and Warth-Schröcken-Ski Arlberg (22 min away). All ski resorts can also be reached by bus. - Ski tours right away from the house, - in the immediate vicinity of the cross-country ski trail, the winter hiking trail and the practice lift Grunholz (also night skiing and toboggan rental), - ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in summer, swimming pool within a 10-minute walk, - centrally located IN the village OF AU IN BREGENZERWALD overlooking the Kanisfluh. In winter, you will receive the free " WinterCard Au-Schoppernau ". From May to October you will receive the free "GästeCard Bregenzerwald & Grosses Walsertal " from 3 nights, i.e. cable cars, swimming pools and buses are free. Other things to note Limited number of parking spaces for the apartment = 1 car No campers or trailers We are also easily reachable by public transportation: - from DORNBIRN train station with direct bus 850 to stop "Au Fuchs", - from BREGENZ Bahnhof by bus 830, change to bus 850 in Bezau to stop "Au Fuchs" or - from BREGENZ train station with direct bus 840 (only on weekdays) to the stop "Au Kreuzgasse", then 8 minutes on foot. The bus from Bregenz and Dornbirn can also be used free of charge on arrival with the "GästeCard Bregenzerwald & Grosses Walsertal". Bus stop "Au Fuchs" is almost in front of the house (100m away).
