It is a shared kitchen with Laundry facility – Complimentary for all guests ! Shared bathroom. The photos used in the listing is of a sample room, based on Availability. Complimentary housekeeping is done every 10 days at common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, living room only. As there isn't an onsite reception, you have to come to our office to sign a flatshare agreement before move in. All guests are required to present their passport during check in. We will be required to take a copy of your valid photo ID / passport and valid visa to stay during registration. Our office will help with all your operations issues during your stay. Which means…if your room light is not working, or your door lock has problem, our office colleagues will be most happy to help you. So your Stay is Stress-Free !!!
