This 2 storey apartment is inside a quiet and safe village. Centrally located in a prime place here in Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. Surrounded with many establishments outside the village. Not just a room accommodation but a whole small apartment to enjoy and stay as it is homey and private. You can cook using our complete kitchen amenities, with hot/cold shower, AC in the room. We have a tranquil place, an outdoor space with garden view. If you are looking for a place to stay where after a long day, you can have a quiet place to sleep or relax, then I recommend our place. You can feel the tranquility of our place because this apartment complex is inside a safe subdivision/village. Grocery/supermarket and restaurants are very accessible which are situated just outside the village/subdivision called BTC (Banilad Town Center), a mini mall. There is mini convenient store or we call it a "sari-sari store" just in front of our gate. Anything basic that you lack like a refill of a container of mineral water, cooking condiments, eggs and more, are just within reach without the need to go out to supermarket to get few items forgotten. There is one free parking space available outside which is outside the compound/complex. Since me and my family are staying in one of the houses inside this whole complex, then you can easily reach me for help or any concern regarding your stay. We take care of our guests and help them for any need they might be asking. Me and my spouse are very open for communication for suggestions and recommendations. Just outside our village is Banilad Town Center or known as BTC- with Robinson's supermarket, with DImsum Break (Chinese fast food restaurant), Krua Thai, Yellow Cab Pizza, Fat Cow Burger Station, Royal Massage Spa, with sports bar/club - called Ampersand. BTC has a local coffee shop called Bo's which is Cebu's pride, there is a boxing gym, yoga club and videoke bar as well. This place, BTC is very near us, just 5 minutes by ride and 12 minutes by foot. If you want bigger shopping malls with many branded clothing shops and superb restaurants then you visit Ayala Center and Sm City which is 30 minutes by ride from our house. On the other side of the street called Ma. Luisa Road - there you can find Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, Sports Bar, Cebu Spa and health clubs. In A.S. Fortuna road, an adjacent road from our subdivision, you can find coffee shops, Oakridge - inside it is Rustans supermarket, 21 Dove Street (haven for desserts), Tom's Burger, Starbucks and other shops. Just after the Banilad flyover are 7/11, Indian restaurants (Bollywood and Indian Spice Restaurant), Korean Restaurants, Filipino BBq restaurants. We are near IT Park as well - a famous place that does not sleep. Where call center offices are located or now called the BPO's. So in this place, it is surrounded with clubs, restaurants, fast foods, coffee shops and convenient stores 24/7. From Mactan airport, you get a taxi, or Grab ride - it will take 1 hour to get to our place if rush hour. If not rush hour like early morning flight or late evening flights then our house to airport is just 20 minutes away. Some travelers are renting a daily rental scooter/motor bikes to move around the city with easy access from traffic. Can call a taxi/ Grab/Uber Once outside the village - jeepneys and taxi/cabs are very accessible
