Cottage in Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed. The space The Boathouse has two generously sized bedrooms, both with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom features a super king bed, with a bath (and shower) in the en-suite. The second bedroom can either offer two single beds or a super king bed, and has a walk in waterfall shower in the bathroom. Guest access The Boathouse is a detached property, and guests have private use of the entire property. There is a keybox for access, and we will share the code and arrival details two weeks before check in.
