Ideal Paris and Disney with pool - sleeps 14

Located 50 meters from the Ferrière forest, our house is located in a quiet residential area. The garden is very nice and you have an above-ground pool and a large trampoline. We are halfway between Disneyland and Paris (about twenty minutes by car). The Vallée-shopping Village will delight fashion and luxury shopping addicts. The city is served by the RER E (direct train to Paris). And the house is 50 meters from a bus stop. The space Spacious, very bright spaces, the house is very nice. The garden is well maintained, you will find an above-ground swimming pool (4.30 m x 2.50 m) (only from the end of April to mid-September), a swing and a large trampoline In the living room, the dining room table accommodates 12/14 guests, and the high kitchen table 4/5 people. In the 5 bedrooms, real beds with bed bases and mattresses. We leave children's toys available in the house to occupy the little ones. Outside, there is a barbecue, the 3-meter-long garden table can accommodate many, and you have the above-ground pool, a trampoline, a pull-up bar and a swing for children. You are "at home"... Possibility to park a car in front of the garage, sheltered by the gate. The outdoors are protected by video surveillance and alarm. For the summer season, I do not accept stays of less than 2/3 nights and I prefer weekly stays. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. You have the option to park 1 car in front of the house, protected by a gate and video surveillance. Other things to note A house to live in with care and respect We simply ask you to occupy the house with the common sense and care that you would have at home. • Please remove your shoes in the entrance, to preserve the floors and the comfort of all. • Furniture must not be moved. • No parties or noisy behavior are allowed, and the noise level must remain reasonable in all circumstances. • No person outside the reservation is allowed to enter, even occasionally.
