A modern house located in the area of Talludden, Saltsjö-Boo. The house is suitable both for families with children and couples. Holds up to 8 guests. 15min drive from Stockholm city center. Public transport is just outside the house. Close to both sea and ocean and with a private garden, this house will give you a relaxing holiday. No parties or commercial use allowed. The space Independent if you're a family on holiday or a couple longing for a getaway this house is perfect for all needs. Located over three floors you have plenty of space. The house has four bedrooms, three on the middle floor and one on the entrance floor: 1: Master bedroom, 210x200 cm bed. A small nook for a child (mattress included). Holds 2 adults and one small child. 2: Children bedroom, 120x200cm bed. Can hold up to two adults or 2 kids in bunkbed. 3: Baby in crib. 4: Guest bedroom , entrance floor. 180x200 cm bed. 2 adults or 2 kids. Bathroom facilities: 1: Main bathroom. Shower, bathtub, toilet, double sinks. Middle floor. 2: Shower, toilet. Top floor. 3: Toilet and sink. Entrance floor, in connection to the bedroom at the same floor. Currently under construction, toilet is fully functioning while sink is not yet in function. Floor plan Entrance floor: - Guest bedroom - Toilet - Small living room area with boardgames and TV (Apple TV included). - Workout equipment. Second floor: - Three bedrooms. - Main bathroom - Laundry room - Office space. Top floor: Open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, lounge area, toilet with shower and a piano room. This floor has direct entrance to the garden. The garden is a private, secluded space and you'll find all the amenities you'll need for relaxation and fun and games. Two lounge areas with comfortable seating, one large dining table seating ten guests and a barbecue. There's even an outdoor shower cooling you off during hot summer days. In the garden shed you'll find toys and games for both adults and kids. If you bring your kids there's plenty to keep the occupied; a sandbox, trampoline, a swing and a slide. All very discreetly loctated if you're adults only. No pets, parties or commercial use allowed. Guest access Parking up to 4 cars. Bus stop just outside the house. Other things to note Check-in and check-out time is decided between you and the host. The front door has a keypad meaning you can check-in and out independently without hosts. A pamphlet with all the information you need for an enjoyable stay will be provided upon check-in.
