In the winter the parking lot is cleared regularly. There are 15 stairs to the unit which spans the second and third floors of the building. The entrance is inside a covered stairwell, so the door does not get snowed in. A small mud room leads to the living room with a 55" 4K Smart TV, new large sectional couch with seating for everyone, a cozy fireplace, and connected kitchen with dining space. The balcony is stocked with seasoned hardwood and pine. A bedroom with a queen sized bed and Smart TV with en suite bathroom is off the living room. Upstairs a loft with queen and twin beds overlooks the living room. The loft has a desk and chair for work/study and a Smart TV. Past the loft are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One has a queen sized bed and the other has a California King sized bed. Each bedroom has electric forced air heat, and the loft/living room each have large electric forced air heat. Guest access You are renting a whole 3 bedroom + Loft and two bathroom unit. The complex has a large hot tub with a code lock. The code is posted in the unit. The hot tub is open 4pm-10pm on weeknights and noon-10pm on weekends/holidays. Other things to note There is a ring doorbell with camera at the front door activated by motion for your protection.
