Please read all below: 🌸My house happily accommodates 2 people plus another person or another couple or kids I love dogs and count on you to watch that they remain well behaved 🌸no one else may stay other than the agreed-upon renters 🌸The property is fenced in 🌸one bedroom is on the ground floor (queen four poster) with 55” tv 🌸The second bedroom (queen) is up somewhat steep steps tv, 2 couches Each bedroom has a full bathroom with shower and tub 🌸 55” tv is above the fireplace in the livingroom 🌸There is a treadmill, an eliptical, a “Total Gym” and some light weights in the basement which guests may use at their own risk 🌸Pool the propane gas to heat the pool to 85 degrees is a separate cost which can be estimated about $30 a day. If you’d like to have the pool heated let me know a day ahead of your visit to give it time to warm up. There is no hand railing so enter and exit the pool carefully please and at your own risk Kindlykeep the scamper ramp in the pool so if the chipmunk can get out if the fall in 🌸Outdoor lighting Please be sure to turn off the porch lights and high yard lights before retiring for the night Leave the lanterns on the porch to come on and off automatically Ditto the archway lights Dogs 🌸well trained dogs fully housebroken are welcome I trust you will be forthright about and responsible for any faux pas to rugs and furniture and screen doors Garbage 🌸 you can leave one or two bags of garbage on the front porch. However if you have more than 2 bags I would appreciate if you take your refuse to the nearby recycling center only 3 mins away on the Bridgehampton- Sag turnpike (closed Wednesday) Household garbage bags I provide which are special green ones - these are the only ones the recylcing center will accept so please only use them. You’ll find then under the kitchen sink Guest access When you arrive park in the 3 space parking area, then enter through the hedge archway by pulling the gate latch upwards. Now you are on your private half acre. The main house has a front porch and we can text in measages where the key will be. The studio is not part of rentals unless negotiated, for an additional fee. It has large glass sliders giving onto a white hydrangea hedge and brick patio with a huge umbrella for shade. The house: FIRST FLOOR Living room with sofa, two armchairs and 55” tv over gas fireplace Diningroom with room for 6 Kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, potfiller, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses for indoors and plasric for outdoors One (of two) master bedroom with makeup area and 55” tv Bathroom with shower, tub, sink, loo Locked owners closet SECOND FLOOR Bedroom #2 with queen bed and closet Full bathroom with shower, tub, sink, loo OUTDOORS Kitchen with large gas grill, sink, fridge Deck 40’ pool with saltwater (Please note: Heated to 85 possible for $30 a day extra ) outdoor shower with hot and cold Yard is fenced in Property is 1/2 an acre By the pool there are several 9’ umbrellas and 6 cushioned chaises with a lovely dining table seating 6 ⛱🌞Sun and shade lovers will both be pleased The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly BASEMENT W/D Gym with eliptical running machine ‘total gym’ modest weight bench Other things to note Kindly keep to the agreed upon number of guests Should anything break or get ruined during a guest’s stay I really appreciate being told right away Please keep music at a reasonable decibel The ventfree gas fireplace should be turned off after 2.5 hours My house appreciates loving treatment!💗
