Evelyne welcomes you to the barn of the farm: completely renovated around the frame: the room is located in the mezzanine reserved for your exclusive use. At the foot of the Tournette and near the Val Sulens. 30 minutes from La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand and Annecy. The small mid-mountain village where this old farm is located is a particularly quiet and serene place. The space The space reserved for renting is actually made up of two separate bedrooms (a double bed on one side and a queen size on the other) with a shared bathroom and toilet. As a result, we most often rent a room to a couple or single person and the price is 55 euros per night. But we can rent the second bedroom in addition to 3 or 4 people maximum from the same family for 25 euros more per person, namely 80 euros for three and 105 for four per night. I can also convert the queen size into two single beds perfect for two children or two friends wishing to share the same room but not the same bed (let me know so I can anticipate the change). When renovating the barn, we kept the entire height under the framework, i.e. 6 m high; the living room is therefore located in a very large open and airy space structured by the beams of the fully visible framework. The rented space is located on the mezzanine, in the frame. It's very beautiful. The terrace is a particularly popular place in these troubled times: you can meet there for a friendly moment and have breakfast without having to wear a mask. Overall, my place is big enough so that health safety distances can always be respected. Guest access The guest rooms are in the upper part of the accommodation and therefore independent. But the living room is accessible to those who wish as well as the dining room table. During your stay I stay on site and am available to my guests. If they want to talk, I'd be happy to. If they prefer discretion, I can be discreet.
