"Charming House" is the ideal place for lovers of trekking and nature. The space "Charming House" is a beautiful 17th-century farmhouse located in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (390 meters above sea level), a characteristic village overlooking both the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. It is only a 15-minute drive from the center of Sorrento and a 7-minute walk from the center of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi where you will find everything you need thanks to the numerous restaurants, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, pubs and a wine bar. "Charming House" is a vacation home surrounded by a large flower garden and consists of two independent apartments both located on the large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. During your stay, you can enjoy the large 2000 sqm garden used as an orchard, olive grove, vegetable garden and parking. You can pick and then cook the products of our organic garden such as tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini and everything that the season will offer. Both apartments will be very cool during the summer thanks to the considerable thickness of considerable thickness and the vaulted and barrel ceilings characteristic of the ancient houses of the Amalfi Coast and our area. Guest access We inform you that part of the access road to the house is narrow (1.80 meters at the narrowest point) and is one-way downhill, so it is recommended to drive a small/utility car. If you arrive with a car larger than 1.80 meters, you can reach the apartment via a wider alternative road that becomes two-way only to allow large cars to descend. The only drawback is that you will have to give way to cars arriving in the opposite direction (uphill). Otherwise, you can park in the center on the white stripes (free parking) or on the blue stripes (2 euros per hour) in the 8 am - 10 pm range.
