Located 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, Warthe House is the perfect place for spending some quality time with friends and/or family! The apartment can host up to 4 people with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. There is a private hot tub (extra charge) and a sauna ( free of charge), surrounded by a large garden with an amazing view over the city! Close enough to the city center but far enough from the city noise, Warthe House offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with astonishing view over the city and Brasov Citadel. The SPA is composed of a large traditional hot tub (extra charge) and a sauna (free of charge) surrounded by a large garden with an amazing view over the city ! There is bbq facility as well and an outdoor seating area which you can use at any time, without extra costs. The living room has a flat screen TV, board games, an expendable but comfortable couch. Amenities : cable TV, free Wi-fi, towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, washing machine. The apartment is located at the ground floor, separate entrance with a spa area. The apartment can host up to 4 people having 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Located in a quiet area, exclusivist neighborhood with easy access, no parties allowed ! Guest access The entire place is available including the hot tub, sauna, the garden with seating area and a small BBQ facilities. The sauna can be used free of charge and the hot tub costs extra 50 EUR per use (6 - 8 hours use) . We need a 24 hours notice for preparation because the hot tub is heated with wood and the sauna needs at least 4 hours to get to the right temperature. Other things to note Surrounded by a spacious garden, Warthe Apartment offers BBQ facilities, relaxing seating area on the patio and a parking place for up to 2 cars.
