Open Kitchen Lounge with amazing sea and bush views. 3 Bedrooms, toilet seperate from bathroom with shower. Full Laundry. Listen to Kiwi in the valley. Not suitable for young children. Owner lives in the flat below. The space 2 minute walk to sandy beach, Fishing from the rocks or beach. Bush walks, 3 minute drive or 20minute walk to Russell. We have kiwi in our backyards. Guest access You have the whole upstairs of the house, my brother is in the flat below. You have your own entrance but the pathway is shared with down stairs flat. Other things to note There is no boat parking. Owner lives in flat below, this is not a party house. Not suitable for young children.
