This private casita is located behind a main house in a desirable location only 1 mile from the Plaza. With close proximity to Alto Park, there is easy access to the Santa Fe river walk for easy walking or biking. The casita is a small cozy studio with all amenities one might need for their stay. It's equipped with a comfy queen size bed, full kitchenette, small bathroom w/ shower, seating, eating & desk area. Enjoy cable TV & wireless internet. Please read previous guest’s feedback in reviews. The private casita feels like a little tropical oasis right in the middle of the desert with many fruit trees, green grass, a trellised patio. The area is very quiet and you are guaranteed a wonderful night's rest. I live on the property in the front house and am available as much or little as you want. I work during regular business hours and am sometimes less accessible during those times, but will always respond to any requests as soon as I am able. The neighborhood is just across St. Francis away from the main tourism, giving you a local feel while still being in close proximity to Plaza, Farmer's Market, and shopping. The casita is an easy walk to Alto Park, the River Trail, the Coop Grocery, Thrive Yoga, Betterday Coffee and the popular, Tune Up Cafe. This location is very walkable to all in town locations, with amenities like grocery and coffee very close by. Entry to the river walk, which takes you directly to the plaza, is a block away. Please note that Uber rides to/from the airport are difficult to come by and require lengthy waits, at times. Gary's Rideshare has been recommended for transportation to/from Santa Fe Airport and Groome Transportation is a shuttle service that travels to/from Albuquerque airport. With Gary's Rideshare, you will want to reserve as far as you can in advance to be guaranteed a ride.
