Aamchi Wadi

Aamchi Wadi is a 2 acre organic farm surrounded by hills and greenery. It is located near Manor, a 2 hour drive from Mumbai. There is an abundance of trees, birds and fresh mountain air which makes it the perfect place for people wishing to get off the grid and to relax and unwind amidst nature. We provide delicious home cooked meals which will be charged extra. Entire package of breakfast, lunch and dinner (veg or non veg) & tea/coffee would be charged at Rs. 1500 per person per day. The space There is a small brick cottage which can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It has one double bed, one single bed, an attached bathroom and large sitting area outside. We provide fresh linen, towels, soap, shampoo and other basic requirements. You can hang around the farm, go for a nature walk, read a book or meditate under the mango tree, watch the birds or enjoy gazing at the stars in the night. You can have a sit-out with campfire and barbeque on cold winter evening or just enjoy the cool breeze in summer. Kids can play among nature while others can relax on hammocks and lounge chairs in the garden. Guest access Guests are free to roam around the entire property. The farm is full of fruit trees. In addition, we grow a large variety of organic vegetables. Guests can wander around and observe such plantations. We also have 4 cows and a large chicken coop on the farm which is a delight for kids to observe. Other things to note We provide delicious home cooked meals which will be charged extra. We also provide appetisers/starters (3 starters - veg or non veg) at Rs. 400. We provided barbecue services at Rs. 100 for the set up. If you require us to provide barbecue marinated food (veg or non veg) as well that will be an additional charge of Rs. 400. There will be an additional charge for laundry services if opted for. This is our home so we would appreciate people who are not expecting a resort experience.
