Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc. The space We love to host to families and couples. You can book right away. If you are a group of friends (average below 30 years old) please message me before you book. We have a baby bed on request. A 1900's farm house fully updated with modern amenities. Centrally located near Amsterdam. Described as a great gathering spot in any season with a kitchen and outdoor space to entertain family and friends. Next door is an organic dairy farm. Feel free to come and pet with the newborn farm animals when available. Guest access The house is all yours during your stay. When you arrive we will explain you everything and if you wish we will show you around. Other things to note You can drive to the supermarkets in a couple of minutes by car. Also by bike. There is a great bakery for full breakfast called Bakkerij Out (during the summer months also open on a Sunday). You can go to Amsterdam by car (20 minutes), bike (50 minutes) or public transport. Also the beach (Zandvoort, Noordwijk aan Zee) is only a 30 minute drive. Our house is a modern one in an old frame, all of the modern amenities with a character of a hundred years old farmstead. Our house includes a big kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine and a tumble dryer, high speed internet with WiFi, flatscreen TV, nice towels, bath tub and separate shower, hair dryer and when you arrive the beds are already made. We decorated our house in old Dutch style, so you can have a taste of Dutch culture from bygone days.
