The villa is a two-story five-bedroom private pool villa that can accommodate 15 guests. Perfect for a large group of friends or family. The villa has a very large swimming pool and garden, perfect for relaxing in a tropical climate, close to the beach and restaurants. The private pool can accommodate all guests at the same time. The villa has a large garden, perfect for sunbathing or playing with children, and a pool shower. If it gets too hot, there is a lounge area on the terrace by the pool. Through the sliding door by the pool, the living room has a comfortable large sofa and a flat screen TV. There is a wooden dining table with chairs next to the living room. The western kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, sink, fridge and freezer. The washing machine is accessible from the kitchen to the back of the house. The ground floor has a full bathroom with a shower toilet and sink. The ground floor bedroom has 2 king size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The second floor is accessible by stairs and has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed, and is connected to the shower room and toilet. There is a large balcony with pool and garden views. The second bedroom has 2 king size beds. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has 1 king size bed and access to a small balcony. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The second floor has a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Other things to note --- No smoking in the villa, 10,000 baht fine if caught. --- Gambling is against the law in Thailand. If found, you will be detained, fined and imprisoned. If found, you will be warned first, and if found again, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. --- Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when you leave the house. If it is accidentally lost or the key is incomplete, the guest will be charged 1,000 Baht per set. The digital electronic key is 3000 Baht per set.
