Kaka Point Studio - Beach Luxury in the Catlins

Welcome to our luxury studio apartment located on the beach at Kaka Point. Kaka Point is a small seaside village in the Catlins. Enjoy wide deserted beaches, endless green hills and native bush. Marine and bird life are abundant in the area and we are only a short distance away from many popular tourist destinations. Wake up to ocean views, the gentle sound of waves crashing and spectacular sunrises. The space The studio apartment offers: Smart TV Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with everything that you’ll need including: coffee machine, stovetop, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. When you’ve been travelling for a while we appreciate that sometimes you just feel like cooking a meal for yourself. For those who don’t wish to cook, we highly recommend The Point Bar & Café which is located 20 meters away. Reservations are advisable. Bathroom & Laundry Your bathroom is a well-designed compact space including a stand-alone shower, toilet, towel rack, basin and laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We provide you with towels, hairdryer, soap and toilet paper. Apartment Furniture The studio has a small breakfast bar for dining as well as two comfy chairs at the foot of the bed for relaxing and reading or watching the television. You can also see the ocean from the comfort of your apartment. There is a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall. There is an outside patio/deck to be enjoyed during warmer weather. Air Conditioning Control the temperature of the studio with our air conditioning unit which offers heating as well. The queen-sized bed comes equipped with linen and non-feather pillows. Guest access The studio is located directly across the road from the beach with views of the ocean. Other things to note The apartment and property is a non-smoking area. Pets are not allowed.
