A cosy en-suite room on the upper level. With option of extra bed for visiting guest at extra guest rate. This room is one of four bedrooms on the upper level of our double-storey house. Each room usually hosts one guest only, so generally maximum 4 guests at any given time. The space A Single bed en-suite room with private shower, toilet (no bath) in a homey environment with high ceilings and parquet floors. If you’re a nomad, professional, business owner, student or on a vacation there is a dedicated working area ; the WiFi is stable and uninterrupted. OR Swap the tabletop for another single bed to accommodate another guest. Super convenient, near Main road, yet recessed, quiet and safe. Easy for public transport, Uber/Bolt and 3 min walk to Myciti bus stop . 5min walk to Main Road, beach front promenade and shops, restaurants, banks, gyms 5 min drive to Green Point Park, mini golf and outdoor gym, V&A Waterfront, City Centre and Cape Town International Convention Centre. Guest access Large fully equipped communal kitchen and lounge leading onto sunny balcony overlooking cottage garden. During your stay We’ll be available at all times to attend to your needs. Let us know whether you would prefer minimal communication. Other things to note Laundry service can be requested at R120 per load. Should you want your white linen washed seperately then you would need 2 loads @ R120. Or there are laundromats on the Main Road 5 minutes away. No smoking please No unauthorised visitors please. Overnight visitors are welcome at an extra guest rate and an additional single bed can be requested to be set up in place of the working area by the window.
