With uninterrupted gun barrel views facing north through to Lion Island and beyond, you will feel like you have first class tickets to the theatre as you enjoy being captivated by the many & varied activities on the Pittwater - yacht racing, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wind foiling, paddling..... from every room in the apartment and from the large crazy-paved travertine courtyard & from the fabulous Stoked Stainless hot tub (that can be set at your preferred temperature). You can't help but relax immediately upon arrival. When the sailors go home, the sunsets take over - always beautiful. By night the lights from Palm Beach, Avalon & Killcare keep the view interesting. You can choose to stay at the apartment and enjoy the view or you can join in the activities on the water. There are 4 kayaks (with life jackets) available for use if you are up for it. The apartment itself is newly renovated with high end finishes and recently (along with the main house) featured in Vogue Living, The Local Project and Est Living. SMEG fridge, kettle & toaster. The beds are extremely comfortable. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy including the large outdoor travertine patio (with hot tub) that adjoins the grassy reserve on the water. Exclusive access to the hot tub, barbeque and large courtyard area. Other things to note Please note, there may be guests staying in the 2 level accommodation upstairs during your stay. They will not have access to the hot tub, kayaks or the 2 barbeques. Life jackets are provided for kayak use. Plastic cups, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided for use in the hot tub. Less than 2 minutes walk to Taylors Point Baths, a secluded 15 metre by 2 metre netted swimming area on the eastern foreshore of Pittwater, featuring calm waters perfect for leisurely swimming. Please note that there are ongoing building works (mostly internal) next door, which are temporary and vary day-to-day. Some days are very quiet, and on others there may be construction noise during standard working hours.
