Guest suite in Mill Hill

Our bright and cosy Airbnb is a self-contained annex, with its own private entrance. Ideally located moments from Mill Hill Thameslink, the park, the local shops, cafes and restaurants and places of worship. Strictly no smoking inside or on the premises. Please note: our Airbnb is NOT suitable for children, babies or students. If you are coming from abroad, Luton Airport is easily accessed by Thameslink depending on flight arrivals/ departures times - it does not run 24/7. Please check. The space Our clean and fresh Airbnb is a separate annex room with its own private entrance and en-suite shower room. It has a double bed, smart TV, Wifi, wardrobe and food preparation area with a small sink, kettle, basic cutlery and crockery and a fridge. This is a self-catered annex but we provide a generous 'starter pack' of breakfast items and fresh milk, tea and coffee. After this, guests will need to top up or pop out to one of the many shops or cafes on the Broadway. There is a well-equipped, modern, ensuite shower room with toilet, sink and shower. We are perfectly placed for all the local amenities, including the Thameslink train service (Mill Hill to Kings Cross in 13 minutes). Mill Hill Broadway (3 minute walk away) is buzzing and busy with a fantastic choice of cafes and restaurants, food stores and services catering to all needs and tastes. *Covid 19* Please note: we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our guests safe and our space clean and hygienic. We are happy to discuss any possible concerns. Guest access Guests do not have access to the main house, but have sole use of the annex with its private entrance. Other things to note There is plenty of parking in the street around our property. On Monday to Friday there are parking restrictions between 11am and 12 noon. We are happy to provide parking permits for any of our short term Airbnb guests that need them at no extra charge (NB: extended stays are exempt from this offer and subject to the cost of each permit). Please note: as per Airbnb policy, we do not accept third party bookings.
