A king size bed, a sofa with sleeping system, two big flat smart TVs with HD channels, WI-FI, floor heating, anti-theft blinds, colorful LED lights all this will make your stay more pleasant in a great value! The space The apartment has an area of ​​35m2 and independent entrance with the possibility of check-in and check-out anytime due to a coded key box. The apartment consists of large bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The bedroom is equppied with a king size bed with bedding, a reading lamps, big flat TV with HD channels, work desk, wardrobe, small table. Living room is equppied with a sofa that can be used as a bed for 2 persons, coffee table, big flat TV. There is also kitchen annexe equipped with a double hot plate, microwave, kettle, cutlery, glasses, plates, pans, pots and other basic items that will allow you to prepare basic meals. The bathroom has towels and a hairdryer. Guest access The whole apartment and all accessories are available to guests. Other things to note 1. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to come with a pet. 2. We do not have private parking spaces! You can try to find a free parking space on nearby streets. 3. Stay with a child up to two years of age is free of charge (must be less than two years at the time of arrival) but does not provide any amenities, including towels. We also do not have cots, extra beds or any other accessories for children. When deciding to book with children, please make a carefully considered decision! Extra towels, extra bed and bedding for children under two years of age are available upon request and at an additional cost. Please let us know you need them before your arrival. 4. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four people and is equipped with only one large double bed and one fold-out double bed. We do not have and offer extra beds. 5. Reservation for two people (over two years of age) includes one basic bed. An extra prepared bed with bedding is available upon request and for an additional fee. Reservations for three or more people (over two years of age) provide two prepared beds with bedding. 6. Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. at the earliest, please keep this in mind, it is very rare that check-in is possible earlier and only after prior inquiry. 7. Check-out is possible no later than 11:00, please keep this in mind as we use the services of an external cleaning company which cannot afford delays. 8. Cancellation of the reservation is possible only on the terms that are visible to you before making the payment, please make carefully considered decision! 9. Shortening an ongoing reservation is possible only without refund!
