Located in the heart of downtown, this penthouse has everything you need to feel like you are staying in the best suite in town. The space Relax on the couch outside on the patio, or have breakfast at the 5 person table while taking in the view of the city skyline, ocean, and mountains. The sprawling patio gets sun from 11 am until sunset. Enjoy watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand from the outdoor sofa, dining table, your choice! Feel like hanging out inside instead? Enjoy some Netflix or other streaming services on the big screen 76” 4K television in the living room, and on the 48” television in the bedroom. If browsing on your laptop or tablet is more your style, there is also high-speed wifi available. We have a basket full of board games and card games to play if you just want to shut off the electronics! Music can be played from the television, as well. The open layout of the kitchen and the large granite kitchen island makes hanging out in the area feel like you're right at home, yourself. We have all sorts of spices, condiments etc so please do not worry about having to purchase too many extra ingredients to cook yourself a delicious meal. There is a dining area with a 4 person table to sit at or you can just pull up a stool to the island- again, your choice! The bathroom has a spacious and high pressure stand up shower. Blow dryers, towels, etc are available to make you feel right at home. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a super comfortable mattress, pillows and duvet to make your sleep at the end of a long day sight-seeing a delectable one. A dresser and bedside table are available for you to store away your belongings while you stay. In the second bedroom is a full/double bed. 55” wide, a full queen is 60” for comparison. The room is on the smaller side. In the living room is a sectional with comfortable pull out. There is an outdoor table to take in the view while you have your morning breakfast the patio. As well as a hot tub to relax in the evening. Keep in mind in Vancouver you are only allowed to rent out your principal residence, as this is mine there will be family pictures and art around the house. Anything you need for space wise let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. Guest access There is a shared laundry on the second floor as well as a gym on the same floor. Other things to note If you want to go to Granville Island, just walk two blocks straight down the street towards the water and hop on the water taxi. The water taxi will take you across the water to Granville Island and to various other spots along its route such as Olympic Village, Yaletown, and various parks/beaches. Rent a bike and bike along the seawall to Stanley Park, and Third beach where you can see amazing sunsets and drum circles on most nights. This apartment is located just a short taxi ride away from the Conference Centre and the Gastown Neighbourhood (where you can find the Gassy Jack statue and steamclock). Within walking distance is Yaletown Neighbourhood- famous for it's restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. You can also walk to Pacific Centre, which is Vancouver's premiere shopping mall. The building this apartment is located in has a very strict no pets policy so no pets are allowed to stay on premises or visit. Renters will receive a very hefty fine if this rule is broken.
