Great for families! 3-room 60 m2 apartment with private parking, in a pleasant area (restaurants, shops, gardens). Nearby metro/bus: Buzenval, Avron and Nation stations (+RER). On the 2nd floor of an old building, well maintained, enjoy bright accommodation with a kitchen open to the dining room, a living room with TV and Wi-Fi area. Bedroom 1: 2 or 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed), bedroom 2: 2 people (1 120 bed + 1 80 bed), living room: 1 extra bed. The space The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The entrance opens onto a main room comprising kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, work area (30 m2). In the master bedroom: 1 160 X 200 bed, a desk, a 90 x 200 bed, a large storage closet. In the 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds + shelves. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Adjustable electric heating in all rooms. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019. Guest access By public transport (metro), take line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Buzenval station. Go up Rue de Buzenval (pass in front of the post office), walk 5 minutes, the apartment is at the crossroads of Rue de Buzenval and Rue des Vignoles. The building entrance is close to the Paris-Polska restaurant. By car, parking spaces are rare and paid in the surrounding streets. Park between the 2 entrances of the parking lot 42 Rue des Vignoles to drop off your luggage at the apartment. Access to the parking lot (the left entrance) is with a pass that you will be given at check-in. Other things to note This apartment is partially inhabited by our family during the school year (the host's 2 grandchildren stay there 2 days/week). Everything is designed to give guests the maximum amount of space for themselves! Only a few personal belongings are stored at the top of a closet. We leave basic products for guests' comfort (coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, etc.) Please replace a product when it is finished! Finally, we pay great attention to the hygiene of the accommodation and we will be grateful if you respect a few rules: when you leave, remove the sheets, vacuum with the cordless vacuum cleaner (vacuum crumbs and hair) and open the windows. At check-in, upon arrival, we will be present (Michèle or her co-hosts) to meet you, give you the keys and give you some information. When you leave, depending on our availability, we can come and greet you, or we will ask you to leave the keys in the mailbox. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
