Located only 1 hours drive from Melbourne. The space Comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this private farmhouse is suited for both couples and families after a comfortable and relaxed country escape sleeping 6 people. There are lovely panoramic views from house windows to enjoy, a large open wood fire place in a cosy loungeroom, 8 seater dining table, 2 large outdoor terraces, rustic but practical country charm kitchen (old combustion oven display), laundry with washer and dryer, air-conditioning, heating, wide opening french style doors from lounge and dining area. At Mount William Olive Grove we are proud to produce some of the finest Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our Olive trees are grown in rich ancient volcanic soils to produce our award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Along with 8,000 Olive Trees we also raise a herd of beautiful Black Angus Cows. Walking around the property you may also find Sheep, Kangaroos, Wombats and Foxes along with amazing birdlife including eagles, black cockatoos, owls, magpies, rosella, honey eaters, finches, wrens and sparrows. If you are lucky you may even spot our resident Kookaburra often seen around the farmhouse gardens. Cast away off our private jetty over the dam brimming with fresh water trout. Bring your rods and patience as you could be dining on fresh BBQ fish in the evenings.
