Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024) The space Two rooms with a private bathroom. You will be the only guests! Large bedroom also has seating area, tv, refrigerator, coffee/tea machine, and microwave. Roll out cot size folding bed. Guest access Keyless entry. Code sent the day of arrival. Other things to note No pets allowed, due to the B&B is above the restaurant ( Clara J’s Tea Room).
