Updated backyard with heated Pool and Spa! The complete escape awaits in this golfers’ paradise or relaxing family vacation home. On Dinosaur Mountain Course-with safety net, this 3 beds, 2.5 bath, open floor plan, loft, well-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, dining room, 2 balconies, covered patio, pool (not heated, but not needed during summer months) and BBQ. Near hiking trails, restaurants, grocery store and 3 golf courses. Property not suitable for children under 7 years old. No Pets. The space This home has many spots to escape, visually stimulating surroundings and quiet retreats! All bedrooms and full baths are located upstairs. Guest access Prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with their own code. Guests will have access to the garage. There are three spaces on the driveway and extra parking on the cul de sac. Other things to note Supplemental contract must be signed within 48 hours to have a valid booking. Pool is maintained weekly on Tuesdays. Heated Pool/Spa has a separate fee of $250 per stay/weekly and will be charged thru the AirBnB app. Garbage is Tuesday and Friday - guest is responsible for placing can on street and returning to side yard after pick up. A propane tank is provided at the BBQ - if refill is needed guests can exchange tank at local Walgreens. Umbrellas are available and guests are responsible to follow directions for proper use. Motion cameras are located on the outside of the home - Front & Back. They are enabled during your stay. We have a minimum of 5 night stay and you must be over 25 to be the responsible guest booking the property. Pool is not heated, but remains warm during summer months. Pool cover is guests responsibility during stay.
