This property is located far back from the street— hidden within the fairy tale oak trees. You will have plenty of privacy to use the outdoor spaces to your liking, including the jacuzzi and BBQ. You will be located less a few minutes away from Asilomar Beach, Pebble Beach, Downtown PG, Monterey, and Carmel. Min 30 night booking. Flexible dates. The space This property is located in beautiful Pacific Grove, California. The house sits far back from the street, fully fenced in perfectly secluded within the oak trees. Your very own personal hot tub sits waiting for you right at the front door. The house is a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath with one bedroom used as an office room. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. The property has one full bathroom with a walk in shower. (No bathtub). The half bath is also equip with a fully functional washer and dryer. The kitchen is small (cottage style) but very functional and fully equipped with all the cooking essentials you could need. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. You will have 3 brand new smart TVs to use during your stay. Feel free to log into any of your favorite streaming platforms or download their apps yourself. The living room is also fitted with JBL sound bar and subwoofer theatre speakers - which sound amazing! (Please note: this home does NOT come with a basic cable package. You may sign into any of your streaming channels on any the smart TVs.) The private home office has the best sunlight throughout the day for WFH guests! *PET POLICY* : The owner is highly allergic to most dogs and cats but will consider 1 small and well-behaved hypo-allergenic dog. Pet fee is is an added $300 / month per animal. If you wish to bring your pet please inquire in your message. Thank you. *PARKING* : You will have 2 parking spaces located in the front of the house. *WHEEL CHAIR* : Our house is NOT wheelchair accessible. It was built a long time ago and has a rocky pathway in the front yard with old adobe steps. However, someone using a regular cane or a walker would be able to access the property with help. Guest access Property is accessed through a private small wooden gate. Other things to note **OTHER** (please read) *PET POLICY* : The owner is highly allergic to most dogs and cats but will consider 1 small and well-behaved hypo-allergenic dog or cat. Pet fee is an added $300 / month per animal. Please inquire about your pet if you wish to book this home. * For monthly stays, your utility bills will be covered up to $400 (water and electric) if you go in excess of $400 you will be charged the overage. (Guests typically never go over this amount - we just ask you are mindful of your usage!) * For all monthly stays, there is a required mid-stay maid service * You will be stocked with essential items (toilet paper, detergent, soap, etc.) as a courtesy upon arrival. However, you are responsible for restocking your home with your essential items.
