Set within the Historic Patshull Hall Estate the West Gatehouse enjoys the tranquility of the countryside and the grandeur of the Stately Home. The West Gatehouse at Patshull Hall is located within the inner courtyard of the main hall, enjoying two parking spaces and its own entrance. The 3 bedroom gatehouse has been sympathetically restored and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment and relaxation. A fantastic location for exploring both Staffordshire and Shropshire. Perfect for country walks The space Staying at the West Gatehouse you are able to enjoy the grand surroundings of the Grade 1 listed stately home and peaceful setting. The 3 bedroom West Gatehouse offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The perfect base for visiting David Austin Roses, RAF cosford and Ironbridge. Please see our suggested days out at the end! Master Bedroom - located at the top of the house with kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and dressing area. Room for a travel cot if required. Double Bedroom - enjoying views to the front of the property, comfortably furnished for your relaxation. Room for a travel cot if required. Single bedroom - single bed, enjoying views to the front of the property. Please advise the host in advance if you would like the bed removed to make room for a travel cot. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Please note the double and kingsize bedrooms also have space for a travel cot if required. Family bathroom - with full size bath and shower. Located on the middle floor next to the single and double bedrooms. Kitchen - A family kitchen located on the ground floor fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and pods. Dining table which seats 6 adults or 5 and a high chair. Downstairs WC. Sitting Room - comfortably furnished with real open fire. Wood is supplied during your stay with us during the cooler winter months and can be replenished by contacting your host for a small additional charge. Smart TV, Basic Sky TV package, Netflix. Outside there is a communal seating area within the inner courtyard for those warmer days. Please note this area is not fenced or private and is seating only. No BBQs / cooking permitted due to the Grade 1 listed location. Strictly no pets. Please note only 2 parking spaces are available with this property. If additional parking is needed please enquire with your host. Guest access You will have full access to the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom West Gatehouse along with 2 parking spaces within the inner courtyard of the main hall. Whilst you are staying with us you are also able to enjoy walking to the front of the property as well as enjoying the many local public footpaths the area has to offer. The host lives on site in the main Hall and can answer any questions you may have. Looking for additional space? We also have a sleeps 12 plus 2 house available to book a short stroll away. Or the opposite Gatehouse a stones throw which sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms. Other things to note Please note we now have super fast fibre broadband connected to the West Gatehouse with unlimited downloads. We also receive 4G mobile network here at The West Gatehouse, Patshull Hall. We have a Tesla electric car charging point available to guests upon arrangement with the host at extra charge.
