C The space Our base price is good for 8 guests and costs P16,800/night on weekdays (Sun-Thu) & P19,800 per night on weekends (Fri and Sat). In excess of 8 guests, it would be P800 per head. The entire place can accommodate a max of 25 guests at any one time, including overnight and day guests. No loud parties allowed, but karaoke may be used 24/7 (no time restriction). Other things to note Please note of the additional information for the price: For additional guests who won't be staying the night, it would be P600 per head. Photographers and other suppliers are considered as day guests. Guests leaving the place at 1am onwards and have stayed for at least 4 hours are charged in full. Kids and adults are charged the same rate but infants (2 years old and below) are free of charge. We allow a max of 2 small housetrained pets with a pet fee of P600 for each pet. Guest service fee on the breakdown is paid to Airbnb.
