It's on the 2nd floor with staircase access only, luggage help is provided. The space The Apartment is absolutely private with 2 bedrooms with a king size bed ensuite bathroom. The living room has a sofabed which can sleep 2 adults. All the rooms have a 42 inch smart TV with complimentry access to Amazon Prime and high speed fibre WIFI Line. There is a dining table & 2 lounge chairs in the common hall with a fully functional attached kitchen with all amenities like a water purifier, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, a hob with exhaust, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and cutlery etc. There are attached bathrooms with all the rooms. Its on the 2nd floor with staircase access only and a caretaker to help with the luggage. You also have access to a beautiful terrace with lush green views. There is also a huge bidiversity park next to the property with a public gym that is free to access. Mblock market, Nehruvplace-GK1-Kailash colony metro stations are a short walk. There is a nice market just 70meters from the property which has convenience stores, restraunts, fresh organic vegetable and medecine stores, mother dairy etc. The airport is about 16Km from the apartment. Guest access the whole apartment is accessible including terrace. Other things to note It's a quiet neighborhood. No loud music or get togethers permitted. No weapons or drugs allowed. Visitors upto a max of 2 are allowed only till 8.30pm, beyond that they will be considered as guests staying and need to pay the extra person charges. Smoking permitted only in the balcony and terrace. Cleaning fee of Rs. 1500 shall be charge if you smoke inside the building. Guests to be responsible for their belongings and vehicles. All guest and visitors are required to carry a valid government issued ID or passport that can be checked by the management or caretaker or the guard upon arrival and before entering the property. Strictly no consumption of any drugs or narcotic substances anywhere in the premises. Kindly switch off all electrical appliances and fittings including the air-con before leaving the room, incase left on we reserve the right to enter the apartment. Please note – Check out time is 11 am. Please take care of your belongings and valuables, management will not be responsible of any loss. Any damages/breakage/loss to the property shall be charged for. Please do not take any linen, towel, accessories and amenities provided, out of the premises at any time. Incase of a power cut which is beyond our control, only the fans and some lights would work.
