The space The apartment is about 30 square meters with a balcony, fully modern equipped (one double bed, one bar table, two bar stools, wardrobe, TV, small beautiful pantry kitchen with dishes, kettle, toaster, etc.) and is suitable for one or two people. It is located near Düsseldorf Central Station (2 minutes walk), but is very quiet. Good infrastructure is guaranteed: public transport (tram, subway, bus) is a 2 minute walk. By public transport you can reach Königsallee in 4 minutes, the old town in 5 minutes, Messe Düsseldorf in 15 minutes. Some cafes and bars are also nearby. A minute away from the house is a beautiful park. Public free parking is at the doorstep. On request, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for a small fee in the house. Internet connection is not set up in the apartment, but there is the possibility to get an internet stick (extra charge).
