Seafront apartment,amazing sea view

Enjoy the beautiful view of the whole Vis bay in seafront apartment situated in lovely old part of Vis! Our apartment is located in the beautiful old part of Vis town called Kut. With two bedrooms it can accommodate four people. Private car parking is provided. The space The apartment is situated just few meters from sea, in old stone house, built in traditional Dalmatian style in old part of Vis town called Kut. Apartment size is 54 m2 and it is situated on the first floor of the house located in the first row to the sea. It has got 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room/living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has one double bed, and another bedroom has two single beds. Living room/dining room is connected to the kitchen which is equipped with fridge, deep freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and the all needed cooking utensils. All rooms in the apartment have windows overlooking the sea and the whole Vis bay! A private car parking is provided and included in price and it is located about 300 meters from the apartment. Parking is not covered. Apartment is situated at the seafront in the walking zone so it takes few minutes walking to our private car parking. Location of the apartment, old city center Kut is famous for it's restaurants and coffee bars. Bakery and supermarket are located only 30 meters from the apartment. Please note that most of the restaurants and all of the bars in this part of town work only during the tourist season (from May to October), so out of the season this is definitely perfect place for those who want to enjoy in very calm and quiet environment surrounded by the sea and nature. During July and August it is much busier in this part of town with lots of yachts in the harbor and you should expect many people walking around and having dinner in the nearby restaurants or having drink at the bars in front. Small rocky beach is about 200 meters far from the apartment and the public beach is about 1500 meters away. Market, restaurants and cafes are nearby (20-50 meters). The town center with the supermarkets is approximately 800 meters away. The ferry port is about 1 km far from apartment. The apartment is located just 10 meters from the sea in the walking zone, so there is no car traffic. Enjoy your holidays on unique place surrounded by the sea!
