Boat with character, comfortable

Quiet place with nature around. 25 min from Paris-Gare du Nord (15min Walking + 10min train RER D). 10min from Stade de France by car. Around 50m². 1 sleeping room, 1 sofa bed in the main room, full equiped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, BBQ, outside private parking . Dry toilets. Food shops at 5/10min walking. The space Comfortable boat and very little pitching (you won't get seasick ...). Natural and calm environment for a guaranteed change of scenery less than 30 minutes from the center of Paris. No need to be an acrobat, but getting onto the boat can be tricky for people with mobility difficulties (elderly or disabled). It will also be necessary to be very vigilant with young children. In winter, it is heated with a wood stove so you will need to be comfortable with managing the fire and not worrying about being a little cold in the morning or when you come home if you are going all day ... Double bed in the bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in the living room. 1 extra mattress will eventually allow 2 other people to sleep in the living room but it will be tight-tight ;-) Possibility of professional relaxation massages on board. Presence of 2 very nice cats but who can stay outside (except for the ice age). Warning: this boat is my main home, it is neither a hotel room nor a cottage that would be maintained and scoured in every nook and cranny from day to day. Besides, I don't like spiders but I like all the little buggers even less (especially mosquitoes) that they help to limit in summer so I don't bother them.... You can use a barbecue outside. Other things to note All wastewater goes into the Seine so please do not use any dangerous chemicals. Cosmetics and washing products that respect the aquatic environment are strongly recommended. Swimming prohibited (there is a large swimming pool in the city).
