The space Earl19 is a luxurious alpine lodge surrounded by a large garden with privacy & lush green spaces features 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom in the basement with day light and three bathrooms (1 en-suite) and has been recently renovated to a very high, luxurious standard. An additional bedroom with 2 bunk beds is available upon request with a play room with games and toys for kids 5+ There is also a 2nd separate kitchen and entrance which is ideal for a large family travelling with a nanny or grandparents. The open plan kitchen is overlooking the large patio and garden and features side-by-side fridge & freezer, Ice cube machine, Siemens StudioLine & Bora appliances. The private spa on the first floor features a large Sauna, Steamroom & Infrared Panels with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains (privacy shutters can be closed). The idyllic, architect designed house lies very close to the center of Saalfelden but in a very green spot that also is a starting point for some amazing hikes up the mountains. Skiing areas are less than 10 minutes drive away and offer three different popular ski resorts within short driving distance. The chalet is situated right in the middle of various world famous ski and hiking resorts in the Austrian Alps in the town of Saalfelden: Leogang-Saalbach-Fieberbrunn: Ski Resort: 5km Maria Alm Hochkoenig Ski Amade 6km Zell am See-Kaprun 14km Saalbach-Hinterglemm 14km Bike-Park Leogang (MTB worldcup park): 5km In addition Saalfelden offers great summer vacations for families and couples alike. Favorite leisure activities include hiking, biking, golf, swimming, sailing, horse back riding, MTB, Bike-Parks and many more. Saalfelden offers great a great infrastructure including a shopping centre, a vibrant high street and restaurants. A fantastic recently refurbished public outdoor swimming pool with a 25m & 50m lap-pool is 2 mins walk away and offers slides, kids pools, beach volley ball and many more features. A great patisserie/cafe is 5 mins away. 10 mins walk into the town centre and all its amenities. Public transport leaves 500 metres from the house. Towels and bed linens provided.
