The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking. The space Le Officine offers a pleasant accommodation experience, among refined furnishings and objects with a domestic flavor that make the rooms warm and familiar like that of an inhabited house. We also use the B&B to host our friends and therefore although it is an accommodation with independent access it is in fact part of our home. The stay in the warm months is made better by the possibility of using the garden, with a table under the trees and the company of our cats. Guest access Parking is free across the street and is always allowed in front of the property fence. The historic center and the main attractions can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, it is not necessary to take the car. Other things to note KIND GUESTS ATTENTION PLEASE! This accommodation is designed for short stays such as sightseeing and business visits. Suitable for sleeping and having breakfast or having a takeaway meal. Not suitable for those who want to spend the whole day at home or prepare food. It is a bed and breakfast not an apartment! ACCOMMODATION NOT SUITABLE FOR LONG STAYS THERE IS NO KITCHEN, WASHING MACHINE AND TV. >>> IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE GUESTS! CHECK IN: I always welcome my guests in person, occasionally when I'm not there I leave instructions for self check in. HEATING: in compliance with the directives and good practices regarding energy consumption and environmental pollution, we limit the use of heating in relation to seasonal temperatures, requests for an increase in heating are not tolerated by those who want to stay at home in a short-sleeved cotton t-shirt. BLACKING OPENINGS: to darken doors and windows there are only curtains, there are no shutters or shutters. CATS: in the spaces I use in the house (not inside the B&B) and in the garden there are some cats that may meow, make noise or try to sneak in, if you don't tolerate them this is not the place for you.
