Nivaant Independent House, A true Kokan house

House area 480 sq. ft. Total plot area 10,000 sq. ft. House is a 2 ROOM SUITE - AC BedRoom, NonAC Living room, joined together, No door between two rooms. Western Toilet and bathroom (with geyser - 24 hours hot water available) attached to living room. Bathroom, W/C and wash basin all three are seperate and inside the house. Extra toilet in front yard(24 hr water) Surrounded by coconut, mango, beetle nut, banana, guava, jam trees Well at the back of the house. A true konkan house. The space No common areas, INDEPENDENT HOUSE. Entire area is reserved for guests so they can relax without any disturbance. House is not in front area of plot, so privacy is maintained, but still easy access to street. Guest access It's an independent house. Once gate keys and house keys are handed over to you, you will have access to entire property. There are no shared spaces. Covered and secured parking for 2 cars is close to street for convenience. Cars can also parked in front of house. Additional separate bathroom(with 24 hours tap water(no heater)to take a bath) and toilet for driver near the parking. Other things to note Water supply available 24 hours. Inverter back up in the house. All the windows fitted with mosquito nets. Doctor available just 100 meters from this place. 2 hospitals in 200 meter walking distance. I stay in Pune. My father's brother moved to Shriwardhan for his job more than 40 years back. I used to like the place since my childhood when we visited my uncle. So I bought this plot in 2010 and built this house in Shriwardhan 8 years back. I do not stay in Shriwardhan. But would like to rent it out so that property will be maintained. My real uncle has his own house around 100 m from my property. He looks after the property and a maid comes for cleaning everything. We have built this small cottage which is sufficient for a family of 6. Grandparents, parents and kids. We don't have food facility on the property. there is a basic kitchen which is sufficient to take care of food needs of an infant or elderly. A single hot plate with flat bottom pots are in the kitchen along with refrigerator. Milk can be warmed or porridge/ tea/ coffee can be prepared. Kitchen is not for full fledged cooking. It is just sufficient for the basic milk warming or preparing of porridge. We do provide complimentary instant tea sachet for morning tea and 1 litre water bottles. There are no extra charges for tea sachet and water. I try to provide contacts for nearby food providers once booking is confirmed. We have a maid who keeps everything neat and clean before checkin. Maid does not stay on the property. Once guests checkin if needed she will do mopping and sweeping on request after coordination and at mutually suitable time. Once you check-in, Cleaning of Used Kitchen utensils is not included in our services.
