“Ty Baradoz” House, on the Côte des Légendes

Just a stone's throw from the town of Plounéour-Trez, and 800 m from a sandy beach, the “Ty Baradoz” house welcomes you for a weekend or longer in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere! Come and experience the rhythm of the tides, in our newly renovated little paradise. Here, you can discover the Côte des Légendes (Kerlouan, Meneham, the Keremma dunes, the Abers, the Île-Vierge lighthouse, etc.), lovely spots for water sports, and numerous hiking trails, including the GR34... Come and experience the rhythm of the tides, in our newly renovated little paradise. There, you can discover the Côte des Légendes (Kerlouan, Meneham, the Keremma dunes, the Abers, the Île-Vierge lighthouse, etc.), lovely spots for water sports (kitesurfing, paddleboarding, surfing, sand yachting, etc.), and numerous hiking trails, including the GR34... New 100 m² house, can sleep 7 people: * Ground floor: Entrance with large closet, toilet, very bright living room/living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. Wood-burning stove (basket of logs at 10 euros). Fully equipped new kitchen (kettle, nespresso, toaster, bilig...) Garage with washing machine/dryer/freezer * Upstairs: Bedroom 1: one double bed Bedroom 2: one double bed Bedroom 3: (rather dedicated to children!) a double bed + a single bed "cabin" Bathroom (double vanity) with shower and toilet. Outside, large south-facing terrace with picnic table, sunbeds and barbecue. Walled garden with play area/gantry for children. We provide two adult bikes and a child's bike (20 inches) as well as the essentials for young children (high chair, bathtub, umbrella bed...) Private parking that can accommodate 4/5 vehicles (reinforced green up socket for electric vehicle charging on request). Bed linen available upon request for short stays 10 euros per double bed. Important: cleaning is your responsibility, the house must be made as clean as you found it (floors, kitchen, sanitary facilities...). Therefore, a security deposit of €80, corresponding to the cleaning fee, will be requested upon arrival (by bank transfer or check) and returned at the end of the stay after an inspection of the premises. If you want to subscribe to the cleaning option (80 euros), please request it and we will see what can be done on a case-by-case basis depending on departures/arrivals and our availability.
