While the building and the unit have both A/C and heat, they cannot operate simultaneously and will depend on seasonality. While the exact dates of the transition are determined by the building and weather conditions, the Air Conditioning system is operational between approximately mid-May until mid-October, while the heating system is operational between mid-October until mid-May.
