The space is located on the seaward side of a solid granite end-of-terrace building built around the 1900s and boasts 3.1m high ceilings. A mezzanine sleeping platform provides elevated seaviews over St.Ives harbour. This view will be the last thing you see at night and the first thing you see when you open your eyes in the morning - when combined with the sounds of the sea and the local seagulls, it's a pretty special experience. There is ample living space, a dining table for 3/4 persons and kitchen area all with seaviews of St. Ives. A large sash window floods the main living space with plenty of north facing natural light. A shower room with WC and sink and an exposed granite wall is situated off the kitchen and an additional daybed is provided below the mezzanine. There is a small outdoor seating area directly in front of the apartment. It's the perfect place to watch the sunrise over Godrevy Lighthouse in the early mornings. Guest access The studio apartment has a functional kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. with small fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster. The shower room is small but functional space with shower cubicle, WC , basin and mirror. Beneath the mezzanine is a sofa which can also fold down as a sofa bed if required. There is a 3/4 person dining table which is perfect for dining overlooking the view St. Ives. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE MEZZANINE BED THIS LISTING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OR THOSE WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY.
